Steps:

1. Create a new company.
2. Go to Members tab and create a new member.
3. Go to Address book tab.
4. In List section select address(only one on the list) and delete it (no validation appears) https://recordit.co/a3TbnXWSGy
5. Log in to the storefront as a member.
6. Add product to cart.
7. Go to checkout.
8. In Billing address section do not select Use the same address for shipping.
9. Click Go to Shipping & payment method button.

Result: 500 error.
