The error screen from OAuth Server is not shown when an error occurs - a Symfony error is shown instread.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up OAuth2 Server
2. Set up a custom OAuth Client
3. Set up the client so that it uses a non-existing CLIENT_IDENTIFIER
4. Trigger the Authorization flow

Expected:

User is redirected to the error screen (/authorize/consent/error)

Actual:

The error screen is not used
