Upgrade from 4.5.5 to 4.6.0 causes bundles to be listed in wrong order in config/bundles.php

    Description

      When upgrading a newly installed Ibexa DXP 4.5.5 to 4.6.0, the bundles in config/bundles.php are listed in the wrong order.

      This causes the following error message when running bin/console c:c command:

      You have requested a non-existent parameter "ibexa.dashboard.ibexa_news.limit".

       

      Attached in the bundles.php file from a new install and from the upgraded installation
