Issue: Admin's don't know what input type are being using by the Form Builder.

Steps:

• Create a new content with the 'Form' field.
• Edit the form and start adding input fields (checkbox, number, email, date, button)
• This will show a dragable listing of Form Builder inputs
  

The Admin has NO IDEA what field types each of the inputs are.
I would ask for very simple and quick fix to add the [input Type] into the draggable row.

Bonus: when clicking the 'Gear' icon and editing the input type, please also put the [Input Type] somewhere on the panel (maybe top right).
