How to reproduce

1. Use Ibexa Experience 4.6.2.
2. When you, for example, add a new location to a content item, the locations tab is shown again after the page reload (via the url hash).
3. When you assign a user to a role or remove the assignment to a role via the role page in the back office, the policies list is shown instead of the assignment tab which would need an explicit hash #ibexa-tab-users-and-groups#tab in the redirection url.
