As the user I want to see the list of campaigns sorted by Start date in the Campaign block

    Description

      Campaigns displayed in the dropdown available in Campaign block should be sorted by Start date (Campaigns starting earliest should be at the top).

      For QA: test scenario described in linked bug should be tested as well.
