Ibexa Engage not configured. Activation page with form should be visible.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Go to Ibexa Engage
3. Click Send request.

Actual result:

See attachment, please. Inputs are not red. Under the captcha field there is a message inconsistent with rest of application.

Expected result:

Validation should be consistent with rest of application.
