Using the following apostrophe in a content slug will cause unexpected behavior of the slug .

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Ibexa 3.3

• Create a content such as an article and provide a title and copy paste the following as short title: C’est quoi être eco-conçu ?

• And publish.

• Check the content slug by clicking on url tab, it will be: c-est-quoi-e-tre-eco-conc-u

NB: If you do the same with this: C'est quoi être conçu ? , you will get the expected result.

So, using ’ instead of ' causes the issue.

Expected result:

Slug should be: c-est-quoi-etre-concu
