Steps to reproduce:

Install clean version of 4.6

Create a new article. Into a RTE field, try to create a table of 4x2 or 6x4 for instance.

You will notice that the selector can't correctly select tables rows

Issue:  It is not possible to create the desired table. (See screenshot below)

Expected result:

create a table using RTE
