If a text line field is not required but have a constrain on for instance minimum 5 characters, then user must provide 5 characters in the field. So the field is basically made required.

It should behave in the same way as a Integer field which is not required, but has a minimum value of for instance 5.:

• An empty value is then accepted
• If a number is provided, then it must be 5 or more
