Preconditions: 

Ibexa engage not configured, activation page with form is displayed.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office.
2. Go to Ibexa Engage.
3. Mark as checked Terms and Conditions checkbox
4. Fill the required fields: First name, Last name, Email

Actual result:

Send request button is inactive, see attachment, please. If user uncheck and check again the Therms and Conditions checkbox, button will be active.

Expected result:

Send request button should be active.
