Before we can proceed with fixing ambiguous definition of RepositoryFactory in DI, which affects rectors of IBX-8138, we need to move RepositoryConfigurationProvider form Bundle layer to Repository layer in ibexa/core and extract an interface with contracts. The class itself is used in a lot of places, so a rector via IBX-8394 will be added later on.
