Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa Experience 4.6.7
2. Execute the attached migration file (adds new content type named 'Field Groups')
3. Create a content item of the 'Field Groups' type
4. Compare the order of the field groups on the content type view, content item edit form, and content item view.

Actual Result
The Content field group is shown above the About field group on the content view page. (See attached screenshots)

Expected Result
The field group order is the same on all pages.
