Steps to reproduce

1. Create a user under the editor role
2. login to the created user and create a folder
3. Edit the created content and save the draft
4. login to the admin and try to edit the created draft

Result

It is not possible to edit the draft from the Admin UI level even if you have the appropriate permissions - entering the draft editing link works correctly and it is possible to perform all operations

Expected

Possibility to edit another user's draft if you have permission to do so
