When switching the main language for binary file URI value has incorrect value (starting from /admin/).

Steps to reproduce

1. Install clean Ibexa DXP 3.3
2. Add new lang e.g. German
3. Add new File with translation 
4. Get BinarFile value for this content
5. Check uri field: 

   uri: "/content/download/130/618?version=2"

1. Change the main language to German
2. Check uri field: 

   uri: "/admin/content/download/130/618?version=2"

Result

As above, the URI field is invalid after changing the main language

Expected Result

The URI field should be correct even after changing the main language. Currently, after removing the cache, it works, but after changing the language again it does not work as it should (as if the cache was not cleared after changing from English to De)
