Steps:

1. Go to Page Builder
2. Drag and drop Campaign block
3. Go to design
4. Type -8.9+ in width/height input.
5. Click Save and close
6. Go back to block settings.

Actual result:

Nothing was saved, validation wasn't displayed.

Expected result:

Validation should be displayed.
