Steps to reproduce:

1. Simply follow the steps to create a Rich Text attribute in Form Builder: https://doc.ibexa.co/en/latest/content_management/forms/create_form_attribute/#create-form-builder-form-attribute
2. Create any form and add `checkbox_with_richtext_description` created in step 1.
3. Go to the "Validation" tab and click on the checkbox.

Result:
Nothing happens.

Expected result:
The checkbox should be selected without any issue.

Note:
The issue is caused by a duplicated event listener - it attaches twice for some reason to a checkbox so every action nullifies itself.
