Preconditions:

Example for campaign block, so Ibexa engage should be configured.

Steps:

1. Go to Page Builder to create new landing page
2. Drag and drop campaign block
3. Go to design tab
4. switch width/height units for %
5. Click save and close
6. go back to the block settings

Actual result:

Changes of units are not saved.

Expected result:

Changes are saved.
