In newest version of sass module there was introduced breaking change in mixed declarations https://sass-lang.com/documentation/breaking-changes/mixed-decls/

In our code there are some occurences of bad behaviour, mainly in places where we use mixins.

Note: same warnings are also in bootstrap files in admin-ui-assets, but these are not possible to fix by us until bootstrap team (they already have fixed merged to main, but no release done)
