This is a follow up for issues identified in https://issues.ibexa.co/browse/IBX-8278 during QA.

The goal is to display additional info notification: https://www.figma.com/design/9jn5tJcnkmpXx1Mn0WOATs/%5BIbexa-Engage%5D-Ibexa-engage-block?node-id=7586-26687&t=qJ0OgtIJ3IPYwUHk-1  

and use values from page template by default in width & height, if there are not provided by the user.
