Steps to reproduce:

1. Clean installation of Ibexa DXP.
2. Add German language with code: ger-DE.
3. Create under Ibexa Platform folders en and de.
4. Create the following SA config:

           en:
               languages: [eng-GB]
               content:
                   tree_root:
                       location_id: 57 #id of 'en' folder
           de:
               languages: [ger-DE]
               content:
                   tree_root:
                       location_id: 58 #id of 'de' folder
   

5. Create "German" LP under de folder and publish it.
6. Add second location to this LP and set it to en folder.
7. Add eng-GB translation to this LP, start doing translation from en Location.

Result:
We can observe that translation originates always from the content's main location instead of a chosen one.
