Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new language, e.g. French
2. Create a new content item in added language
3. Open UDW and try to search for added content
4. Change language to another and click apply
5. Back to the initial language

Result

The button "apply" is disabled.  We need to use the "clear" button to back to the initial language but also all our filters will be cleared

Expected

The button "apply" should be clickable
