I did not manage to get the new-stack setup wizard work.
The root cause was probably having run as root the console command to install assets - even though I could not complete the process even after clearing 2 cache directories by hand and starting over...
This should be at least documented.

Symptoms: the forms in the setup wizard do not post to .../index.php/ezsetup but just to .../index.php
