With configuration PHP-FPM and APACHE for ezpublish 5.3 version, we get 500 error when logging on admin interface :
500 : Internal Server Error

Error in log :
[error] FastCGI: comm with server "/usr/sbin/php-fpm" aborted: error parsing headers: duplicate header 'Content-Type', referer: ....

To avoid this problem, I changed code source in
vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/HttpFoundation/Response.php to delete php header instructions for this header type.
