app/config/env/docker.php contains code for injecting ezplatform settings stored in environment variables. None of the settings are actually docker specific so the file should be named differently.

Also, the execution of the file is aborted unless the DATABASE_HOST environment variable is not set, something that does not make much sence.

In addition, the handling of RECOMMENDATION settings seems to have been left out the file by mistake
