Steps:

1. Create new user for example in Editor's group
2. Modify editor's role with following policies:

• User/Login
• Content/Create (Limitation: Article)
• Content/Read
• Content/Edit
• Content/Publish
• No limitations for assignment

3. Log in as a user from step 1
4. Click create on Dashboard and select Article, confirm
5. Fill required fields and click Publish

Actual result:

User gets an error: User does not have access to 'versionread' 'content' with: contentId '57', versionNo '1''

Expected result:

User should be able to publish Content item.
