Content Tree animation triggered for changes on Details tab.

Steps:

1. Go to Content / Content structure.
2. Make sure Content Tree is expanded.
3. Switch to Details tab.
4. Change Section or Object state.

Actual result: For every change Content Tree animation is triggered.
Expected result: Maybe we could reload the Content Tree only for changes which are relevant for contents displayed in it.
