Add reply button needs to be disabled if the form is already existing or has contents.

I've lost my messages several times because of this. It's usually like writing my message, reading it again, reading the whole thread again and then clicking Add reply button instead of OK.

Steps to reproduce

Click Add reply, write a message, click Add reply again (without clicking OK)
