Submissions count does not display correct value.

Steps:
1. Create / use existing form.
2. Add several submissions.
3. Go to Content / Form Manager.
4. Find the form and verify the number of submissions.
Actual: (In this example) value displayed 0.
Expected: Value displayed 4.
