Steps to create:
1. I added a field to the form for e.g. date field
2. I Save the form without selecting a value for the Date Format
3. It displays an error that no value is selected for a required field
4. I delete the Date field and
5. Click on Save Form

Nothing happens and I cannot save the changes I have made to the form
