Send for review stuck when using content on the fly.

Steps:
1. On Dashboard click Create.
2. Choose content type Article.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Finish.
5. Enter Title and Intro.
6. Try to send for review.
Actual: After clicking confirm edit mode does not close.
Expected: When confirming user is taken to view mode.

Remarks: Problem does not occur when creating new content via Content / Content structure. Affects Publish later functionality also.
