Currently Keyword block allows to select among 3 types of content:

• Article
• Blog post
• Place

This information is hardcoded and the block works only if there are those content types added (for example in demo installation). It won't work for custom Content Types as well as on the clean installation.

I see that the query is searching for keywords in all fields which makes me wonder wether we can allow the user to choose from all content types?
