Cannot remove overflown item.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add 4 Schedule blocks (4x hero).
3. Set overflow from 1st do 2nd, 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th.
4. Publish then Edit.
5. Add content item to 1st block.
6. Move timeline position by 1 hour.
7. Add content item to 2nd block.
8. Move timeline position by 1 hour.
9. Add content item to 3rd block.
10. Publish then Edit.
11. Move timeline position by 1 hour (adding to position from step 9).
12. Trigger overflow - add content item to 1st block.
13. Publish then Edit.
14. Move timeline position by 1 hour (adding to position from step 12).
15. Remove overflown item.
Actual: Item disappears from preview but returns after few seconds. Purple marker is added to timeline. 'Removed' entry is added to Full list.
Expected: Item disappears from preview. Purple marker is added to timeline. 'Removed' position is added to Full list.
16. Publish.
Actual: There is no trace of the overflow item being removed - item is visible, no marker on timeline, no 'Removed' entry in Full list.
Expected: Item is not visible. Purple marker is present on timeline. 'Removed' entry is present in Full list.
