Behat tests are not run with "--strict" flag, which means that pending steps are not treated as errors. This could potentially lead to an error, as Github's ezrobot reports the tests as successful - it's easy to omit that a step definition has changed during development without checking logs.

StudioUI bundle and the ones deriving from it do not use Pending Steps, so that it should be rather easy to enforce that change.
