It's not possible to submit Collection block after changing the View multiple times and adding new content.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Landing Page
2. Add Collection Block
3. Select view: Content List View
4. Add two items:

• Home -> Blog -> Where we get our best writing done
• Home -> Blog -> Why we love NYC

5. Switch view to Gallery view
6. Add an item:

• Media -> Gallery -> Image Gallery A

7. Switch back to Content List view
8. Click Submit

Expected:
As described in EZEE-1666, the block is published with two blog posts.

Actual:
Image items are removed. Clicking Submit button again does not invoke any action.

Note:

• After performing any action with content (adding a new one, rearranging existing ones, removing those currently visible) submit button works again
• The original scenario described in EZEE-1666 works correctly.
