There are still some things to fix:

1. check 'page' parameter in export command / rename pageSize = amount of content in file / perFile
2. support for lower and upper case lettern in parameters (insensitive parameter should pass)
3. optional credentials for run export by url (no credentials by default)

additional:
4. By FULL export when we use parameter "mandatorId" it will be exported only first siteaccess for this mandator. We need the export for all siteacsesses for which is configured the mandator.
5. By UPDATE when new article is created we receive the link to new file but there are no credentials and we cannot download the file. We get 401 error.
