Preconditions: tested on demo version, logged in as user Yura

1. Go to Home/Places & Tastes/Tastes/Norwegian Cuisine
2. Click on 'Edit' button
3. Add a paragraph
4. Click on 'Send for review'
5. Select Administrator User. Option: add a message and click on 'Send for review' - there is an error 500:

Attempted to call an undefined method named "newInstance" of class "Swift_Message".

Console shows:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'className' of null

Update: doesn't work for EE v2 branch 2.0, tag 2.0.1 works fine
