Preconditions:

It affects blocks with images

Steps:

1. Go to Home Page
2. Go to edit mode
3. Click in the middle of banner block, grab it and drag it a little down and let it go

Actual result:

"Drop block here" field appears and stays visible - see attachment, please.

Expected result:

It should disappear if after the block is dropped.
