Future publication using scheduler is only visible in the timeline after the Page has been published.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Page.
2. Add a Code block with any text.
3. In the Schedule tab, set the Reveal time to a time in the future.
4. Submit the block
5. Open the timeline.

Result: The change in visibility is not shown on the timeline. It is only shown after publishing the page.
