Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and select Form
3. Click Create form
4. Drag and drop a field
5. Remove added field
6. Click back button (next to New Form > Form)

Actual result:

Only Title field left, there is no form field

Expected result:

Both fields are displayed.
