Steps:

1. Go to Page/site
2. Click and select Landing Page
3. Select layout and confirm
4. Drag and drop Content Scheduler block, RSS block and Text block
5. Switch to field view and fill required fields
6. Click Publish

Actual result:

Validation message is displayed, but blocks are not highlighted

Expected result:

Block are highlighted with red colour.
