Preconditions:

Workflow configured for Article for example.
Editor's policies:

• Content/*
• User/Login
• Url/*

Assignments:
*Subtree of location: /Home
*Subtree of location: /Media

Steps:

1. Create Editor user
2. Log in as Editor
3. Go to Content/Content structure and click Create
4. Select Article, fill required fields
5. Click send to design

Actual result:

Page is reloaded and nothing more happens.

Expected result:

User doesn't have workflow policies, but he has all Content policies, so he should see just Publish button and no workflow buttons.
