Steps:

1. Update Editors policies:

• User/Login
• Content/Read
• Content/Create
• Content/Versionread
• Content/Reverserelatedlist
• Content/Publish
• Assignments with no limitations.

2. Log in as Editor
3. Go to Page/site, click button and select Landing Page
4. Select Layout
5. Click menu to drop down the list

Actual result:

There is no Publish button in dropdown menu. I need to add to editor's role Content/Edit policy to see it.

Expected result:

Publish button is visible in PB with Content/Publish policy.
