Selecting a word on the far right side of RichText editor inside RichText block and clicking on Link button will render Link tooltip in a way that buttons on right side won't be visible.

Steps to reproduce
1. Clean installation of eZ Platform 2.4
2. Edit Home Landing Page in Page Builder
3. Drag and drop Text Block.
4. Type some words in RichText Editor, so it will spread at last one whole line.
5. Select word on far right, press Link Button.

Result
The Link Tooltip will show, but part of it won't be visible due to modal borders (see attached screenshot).
