Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content/Content structure.
2. Click on "Create" button and then "Landing page" on appeared menu.
3. Drop "Content Scheduler" block into the landing page.
4. Then go to 'Content Scheduler blok' settings.
5. Select Content e.g. Users and press plus button then confirm.
6. On 'Content airtime settings' select date.

Actual result:

After selecting a date, publish later display 12:00 as a time.

Expected result:

Publish later should always displayed actual time.
