Description
If the ez_recommendation.field_identifiers parameter isn't set (in parameters.yml), an exception is thrown:
[Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ParameterNotFoundException] The service "ez_recommendation.rest.field.value" has a dependency on a non-existent parameter "ez_recommendation.field_identifiers". Script Sensio\Bundle\DistributionBundle\Composer\ScriptHandler::clearCache handling the post-update-cmd event terminated with an exception
The parameter is documented in README.md as optional. Either the doc should be fixed, or the error. I'd suggest we fix the error.
