      Occurs on Commerce / solr & legacy

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. go to front Commerce
      2. Click on terms & conditions

      Actual result:

      • Basket & MyShop are not visible on tabs other than home & prodcat

      Expected result:

      • Basket & MyShop are visible on all tabs
