I want to have the possibility to deactivate the commerce features from the ibexa Experience version

in order not to have the admin UI unnecessarily overcrowded and also to improve the performance of the page (loading of unnecessary bundle configurations). Especially for a going-live it is also problematic that for the "site"-SiteAccess the route "/login" points to a demo-commerce instance. The documentation should go into more detail about these use cases.
