3.3.1 content installation shows error on front page

During normal process of 3.3.1 content installation output shows error on front page

1. front page of 3.3.1 content installation shows HTTP500 internal server error
2. page after installation of 3.3.1 content without any errors should be visible

Admin page is accessible though. 

Update: all mentioned versions corrected from 3.3 to 3.3.1, operating system excluded from info as it was not the case.
