From Kamil: When creating banner block we have an URL field, which doesn’t have a protocol. E.g. when you want to add banner with ez.no, you should be able to paste ez.no (without protocol http://) and still validate an url, then add http:// automatically.

In addition, we should have http:// prefix pre-filled in the field by default.

The field should look more like a single URL input field rather than a large text field (which is what it currently looks like)
